Job Description:
As a Residential Cleaner, you will work in teams of 2 to deliver high-quality cleaning services in our clients' homes. Your daily goal will be to clean 2 to 3 houses (or more), ensuring each one meets our standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
Follow specific cleaning protocols and checklists.
Provide excellent customer service and uphold the company's reputation.
Work efficiently in a team of two.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work.
• One team member must have* Possession of a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
Physical fitness and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
Strong attention... to detail.
Excellent time management and reliability.
Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
Benefits:
Commission pay (Drivers receive $25/hr & other team members receive $20/hr)
Working hours (30-40 hours per week) + opportunity for more hours if needed.

Pay & Responsibilities:
Sub Contractor position.
Drivers: Team drivers receive $25/hr. Responsibilities include purchasing supplies when needed, laundry of used cloths, fuel & liability insurance ($50/month).
Partners: Other team members receive $20/hr. Responsibilities include liability insurance ($50/month)
