We are looking for a Maritime Civil Structural Engineer to join our client’s rapidly expanding and ambitious team. The company is bringing a new era to the Civil Engineering sector!

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Technical knowledge of Maritime Structures or other Civil Structures that are transferable with a keen interest in moving to the maritime industry.
• Working on projects such as breakwaters, deep water structures, commercial & residential developments on or by the water, tidal power schemes, pier construction and repair, and port construction and repair among other civil maritime projects.
• Experience with structural calculations and detail... design.
• Delivering a package of information.
• Conducting feasibility studies.
• Providing technical expertise to ensure reports are accurate and understandable for all levels.
• Inspection and following up with recommended remedial and replacement work.
• Assisting with drafting and presenting proposals to new and existing clients.
• Identifying clients’ needs and maximizing expertise to meet those needs.
• Managing client expectations and keeping them informed along the journey.
• Overseeing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and payments.
• A passion or interest relating to the marine environment.
• A Civil Engineering Degree (or similar).
