Job Description
The nursery is growing at a fast pace and we are looking for a passionate Montessori Teachers to join our babyroom team for 35 to 45h per week on a mutually agreeable schedule.
We are seeking a qualified, reliable, passionate and compassionate person to provide instruction and guidance to our children. The Teacher will work as part of a team of highly qualified Montessori teachers to provide an engaging environment for students from the age of 6 months to 2 years. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with children and be able to work well in a team environment.
The candidate must be Montessori trained or willing to train with support from the company. They must be knowledgeable of the EYFS requirements and have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
Duties include but... are not limited to:
·Provide guidance and care for children 6 months to 2 years
·Setting up and maintaining an environment that fosters children's independence, holistic development and curiosity in the world
·Be proactive in developing lesson plans and activities based on the individual needs of children
·Involved and proactive in the daily routines
·Plan, implement and assess children's development
·Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and tidy classroom
·Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualifications:
·Must possess a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. A Montessori diploma or a higher qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates must be willing to train in Montessori with support from the company, A minimum of one year experience working with children is required. Competitive salary dependant on level of experience, qualification and hours worked
·Must be willing to submit to an extensive background check and provide references.

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
