We are seeking a dedicated Senior Front of House Manager to manage our diary and lead our team of beauty professionals. In this role, you will oversee our busy schedule, ensure seamless daily operations of our boutique, maintain high-quality service standards, and uphold company policies.
Duties:
- Oversee the booking system to ensure efficient appointment scheduling.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the establishment.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional 5-star customer service to all clients.
- Utilize upselling techniques for products and treatments.
- Identify and capitalize on retail opportunities... during client interactions.
- Address customer enquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Resolve any challenges that may arise during service delivery.
- Drive product sales through effective customer engagement and promotion strategies.
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in team and diary management within the beauty, hotel, hospitality, restaurant industry would be nice to have.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on supervising staff effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and customer service.
- Adept at handling cash transactions and maintaining financial records.

Pay: From £14.50 per hour
