Job Descrption
We are seeking a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair care services to clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair styling services while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Duties
• Perform haircuts, shaves, and other styling services tailored to client preferences.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
• Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the client experience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat business and customer... loyalty.
Skills
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to promote retail sales effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly and listen to client needs.
• Experience with front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client management.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Retail sales experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to recommend products effectively.
• Expertise in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
