You will be planning, allocating and monitoring the work load across the dispatch area ensuring high value equipment is packed correctly for air, sea and road transportation
Reporting to senior managers, you will undertake root cause analysis of throughput problems and formulate corrective actions
You ll need a background of strong people management skills including appraisals, training plans and performance improvement initiatives
