The role
Reporting to the Visual Design Lead, as Junior Visual Designer you will be part of a collaborative creative studio that works to support the company’s marketing strategy and the operational needs of a fast-paced tech company.
After a recent rebrand, we are looking to develop and strengthen the visual language of our brand and add new value to our public facing channels. You will play a key role in creating a variety of design assets following our new brand guidelines and working with stakeholders to bring their ideas to life with a strong sense of brand identity.
You will also contribute to creative conversations, thinking of areas to innovate and support other members of the team. In this junior role, you will work closely under the supervision of the Visual Design Lead, who will provide mentoring as you develop your skills in design conception and implementation.

What you will do
• Understand the company’s vision and generate exciting design that aligns with our goals.
• Produce final design assets across socials, email, web and print to a high standard, following specifications and guidelines.
• Aid with vector illustration projects and adapt artwork for different channels.
• Collaborate with external team members to launch campaigns.
• Take on photography finding and editing tasks.
• Use feedback from other designers and team members to enhance your skills.
Who you are
• High proficiency in design software and graphics editing tools (Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign).
• Experience in layout, social media and print design.
• Experience creating and adapting vector illustrations.
• A keen eye for detail, brand aesthetics and consistency.
• Excellent understanding of graphic design principles.
• Positive attitude, team player, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic startup environment.
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving aptitude.
