Key duties will include pattern cutting, making toiles, sourcing materials, creating mood-boards, and technique experimentation.
You will assist the Head-Designer in everyday running of the studio, promotion, and model-fittings, as well as organising catwalk shows and exhibitions.
We are looking for a creative, highly skilled, motivated and responsible interns to join our small team, working closely with the Head-Designer for our upcoming collection and other private client commissions.
By interning with us, you can expect to learn about advanced Bespoke processes, Haute Couture techniques, Latex and PVC garment-making.
We'll help you to think outside of the box, to learn everything it takes to start your own fashion business in London and be an employable individual.
The succesful candidate must :
Have flat pattern-cutting / draping skills, a basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programmes, and, most importantly, must be able to sew on a industrial machine.
The... succesful applicant must be available to start immediately and commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for a period of 3 months
