Note: Office Based initially and can be hybrid after successful completion of probation

Role Overview:
As a Sales Estimator, you will play a... key role in the sales and estimation process, working closely with architects,
developers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to specification.
You will provide detailed cost estimates, offer technical advice, and support the specification and sales process,
from initial budget stage to final order. Your role will include liaising with clients, reviewing drawings, providing
quotations, and managing the process through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Estimating:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for architectural façade products. Handle the pricing process
from budget stage to full, detailed quotations.
- Client Engagement:
Maintain contact with multiple stakeholders, including architects, developers, design studios, consultants, main
contractors, and fixing contractors. Follow through from the architect’s specification to the contractual stage and
final order.
- Technical Support & Drawing Analysis:
Review architectural drawings to produce accurate estimates and specifications. Advise on technical aspects,
including full façade panel design, fixing system design, and structural calculations. Handle drawing take-offs and
revisions.
- Sample Service:
Manage stock control to ensure samples are readily available for clients. Coordinate next-day sample delivery
via courier.
- Project Management:
Oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient communication and coordination between clients and internal
teams. Manage the fabrication process, including panel cutting, shaping, and packaging, ensuring timely delivery
to site.
- Product Certifications & Documentation:
Collate and issue relevant product certifications and O&M manuals, including method statements, cleaning,
handling, and repair guides.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Proven experience in sales estimating, preferably within the construction or architectural façade industry.
- Strong knowledge of architectural façade systems, including design, materials, and fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with architects, contractors, and other
stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from the design stage through to on-site
delivery and completion.
- Experience in managing documentation such as O&M manuals, product certifications, and invoicing.
- Familiarity with structural engineering calculations and façade panel design is a plus.

- Site Services: On-site repairs, snagging, and installation support, with a focus on maintaining quality and
compliance with industry standards.
- FORS Accreditation: Familiarity with FORS accreditation and site travel protocols for repairs and installations.
