TateHindle is seeking a talented Part 2 architectural assistant or a newly qualified architect to join its team in London.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential architecture and masterplanning.
TateHindle is an award-winning architecture and design practice based in London, with a vision for evolving every place we engage with for the better.
We operate as an employee ownership trust (EOT), fostering a collaborative and sustainable work culture that has developed over multiple generations.
The role involves working closely with both the practice director and associate on high profile, exemplar residential and masterplanning projects. This provides a unique opportunity to deepen your experience across a variety of project scales and planning stages.
Our projects range from city-scale masterplans and town centres to sustainable urban extensions and new neighbourhoods.
Beyond these core responsibilities, the role also includes preparing design guidance and vision... documents for a variety of clients and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to broaden their expertise in masterplanning and residential design.
We are looking for a motivated, talented and committed individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional architectural solutions.
The right candidate should meet the below criteria:
• experience in the design development of mixed-use residential and masterplanning projects
• experience at all project scales, from strategic masterplanning to individual plot layouts
• clarity and confidence in communication, in writing and drawing, on screen and in person
• understanding of the planning process in the UK and experience in preparing planning applications
• experience of assisting with preparing design codes
• proficient in Revit, InDesign and SketchUp
• excellent time management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• keen interest in sustainability and new trends in residential design
• high levels of team spirit with a collaborative and positive approach
