Description
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Part 1 Architect / Illustrator to assist with design and illustration of housing masterplans and mockup documentation.
The individuals will be competent architect or illustrator with strong design skills and should have aspirations to develop thier skillset.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing, developing and editing drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the design such as schedules, issue sheets, etc
• To contribute or assist, as required by the team in the creative design of projects
• Undertake plan checks to ensure maintenance of high standards of project delivery
• Liaising with other clients, contractors and other professionals
• Resolving problems and issues that arise
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Strong graphic ability in producing CGI’s, Illustrations and diagrams
• Assisting the Architects in preparing works... packages, drawings, imagery, schedules and presentations.
