Remedi London is a luxury medical wellness clinic located in the new development, Embassy Gardens. We are a clinic run by medical professionals who's goal is to make every individual look and feel their best by addressing all health needs. Our clinic provides a variety of medical, aesthetic and wellness treatments to cater to our clients health and wellness needs.
The Clinic Nurse is responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences as you will be providing health and wellness services to clients visiting Remedi. The role focuses on treating the whole person. This means looking at a patient’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental health, rather than just their symptoms with a focus on promoting health and wellness through preventive care, patient education, and disease management.
You will be required to:
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals
- Perform health assessments, screenings, and patient evaluations to identify health... concerns and risk factors.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs, including preventive care measures and lifestyle recommendations
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation and adhere to CQC regulations and guidelines.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations and patient care.
Skills required:
- Proficient in cannulation and venepuncture
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in wellness or primary care
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Knowledge of health promotion and disease prevention strategies
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 09:30am - 17:30pm
Job Type: Part Time. Self employed** (can be changed to full time hours at a later date)
