Purchasing Assistant Axiom Personnel we are currently recruiting for an Purchasing Assistant for our client based in Hackney. The working hours are 9am–5pm, 4 days a week, (days to be confirmed) Purchasing Assistant Duties: Import/Export Clerk Online Banking Use of Excel for financial record keeping Purchasing – liaising with suppliers and transport companies Customer liaison on occasion Authorising Supplier Invoices Requirements Previous experience working within Import/export and purchasing Excellent telephone manner A can–do attitude and excellent attention to detail. Personable with strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organised Fully IT literate Proficiency of MS Office Word & Excel. Salary is GBP16.72p/hour.
