Job Descrption
Source and purchase high-quality health and wellness supplies, including massage oils, acupuncture tools, and other therapeutic equipment.
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of all necessary products.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all departments have the materials they need without overstocking or wastage.
Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with suppliers to maintain a balance between cost efficiency and quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in health and wellness products to keep our services cutting-edge.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for all purchased goods.
Collaborate closely with the management team to assess and anticipate supply needs based on client demand and service expansion.
Salary and weekly working hours:
GBP 38000-40000 Gross Salary per year depending on experience based on a weekly working hour of 37.5
Skills, experience and... qualifications required for the job:
Proven experience in a Purchasing Officer role, ideally within the health, wellness, or spa industry.
Familiarity with sourcing health and wellness products such as massage equipment, oils, acupuncture tools, and other therapeutic supplies.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships with suppliers.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage stock levels efficiently.
Ability to work independently while contributing to the overall goals of the team.
Knowledge of health and safety standards in relation to purchasing.
Multilingual skills, particularly in Chinese would be an advantage as the candidate is expected to communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
