Key Responsibilities
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and scenario planning
• Shape financial strategies, provide valuable insights, and support key business decisions
• Create and present insightful financial reports and dashboards to senior management
• Collaborate across departments to gather data and provide financial insights
• Support regulatory and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP
• Assist with internal and external audits
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong academic record
• Experience in asset management or banking in a financial analyst or FP&A role
• In-depth experience within the public and private credit or private equity market (preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis... concepts
• Experience with financial software (e.g., Anaplan) is a plus
• Adaptable and proactive
