We are looking to hire 2 x Office Administrators with PA experience immediately.

The roles will be based our central London office

BMC Global Training UK are expanding as a company and this is an exciting time for our growing business. We are recruiting for new roles in our central London office.

BMC Training and Development offers Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Budgeting, Human Resources, Public Relations, Health and Safety Training Courses in UK. BMC Training and Development is considered as the best professional Training provider in Europe.

You will be supporting the Senior Director of BMC with general day to day administration support and acting as a point of contact for all training centre queries. You will need to be able to be self-motivated, who is eager to learn and work quickly. Having great initiative and being able to work as a team is essential.

Other duties:
• Prepare invoices, sales invoices and credit invoices,
• Data entry
• Answering the... telephone and reply emails for all training course queries
• Support the trainers with any support required for delivery of training
• Review the training schedules
• Provide customers with key information and support the growing business needs
• Other ad hoc admin duties will be required
• Planning and arranging meetings
• Experience:

The ideal candidate for this role must have the following attributes:
• Excellent presentation skills, able to present themselves in front of senior people
• Very organised with Ms Office, Excel, internet & other software
• Very good skills of office administration and be very methodical in all tasks
• Analytical mind and attitude
• Creativity and ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail
• You will have previous experience in an administrative role.
• Good time management, organisation and communication skills are essential.
• The successful candidate will have experience in the writing of basic business documents (this may include meeting minutes, briefing notes, desk procedures)
• UK right to work visa is a must
• Proficient in speaking good clear Arabic & English
• PA Office Administration 2 years (Preferred)
• Training Administration: 1 years (Preferred)
• Certification in administration ideal
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £20,000.00 - £21,000.00 year
• Location: Central London
• Must be immediately available
