We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client, an established and reputable GP practice in Hounslow, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their friendly and dedicated team. This role is crucial in supporting the growing demand for patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct incoming patient calls and manage the appointment schedule with practitioners.
• Confirm and recall patients as necessary.
• Handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist the Practice Manager with various... administrative tasks.
• Provide support on reception as needed.
What We Offer:
• A full-time, permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday (1 Saturday a month on a rota basis)
• Flexible working hours: option to start at 8am or finish at 6:30pm.
• Competitive hourly rate of £13-£14.

Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in a GP practice, medical call center, or similar healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with medical software such as SystmOne or EMIS.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient-centered approach.
