Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Central London. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and maintaining medical office operations.
Qualifications
• Experience in appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, and receptionist duties
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical office... procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Relevant certification or diploma in medical office administration is beneficial
Salary
Based on qualifications and experience £22 000-£30 000
