Role: Male Guest Concierge
Location: Knightsbridge
Hours: Full time and Part time available working late shifts finishing at 9:30pm
Renumeration: £30k pro rata

About you
We like personalities, people that bring passion, experience, professionalism people that utterly understand guest experience and love making clients feel amazing. we are looking for people with attention to detail to ensure our guests are truly looked after from booking through to communication to Q&A for this the role crosses both
Front of house concierge dealing face to face with our guests and team booking appointments , taking payments , recommending retail and supporting them on their onward journey and back of house concierge dealing with calls, email enquiries, live chat , programmes follow up and imputing of data this role will support open and closing of the business and the wider team with movement for progression and growth
Essential Key Competencies
• Able to work with Microsoft word, excel and have a good general knowledge of IT.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must have an exceptional telephone manner.
• High grooming standards and a flexible approach to working hours are essential.
• Experience of using different booking platforms is a huge advantage for this position.
• Additional language highly advantageous
• The ideal candidate will have a customer service background in luxury wellbeing places.
• You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job and being a team player whilst using good initiative will be what sets you apart.
Key Tasks:
• To carry out all duties listed in JD.
• Ensuring successful day to day running of the Front of House department
• Demonstrate commitment to continuously develop core knowledge of the brands and treatment to actively promote its products, services and to raise personal professional expertise.
• Attend company and team meetings as reasonably requested by management of the business.
• Maintain all procedures.
• Deliver consistent world class service to all clients.
• Promote a professional, yet warm and genuine service culture.
• Build positive relationships with clients, with detailed knowledge of all VIP, regular and PR clients.
• Participate in retail and booking objectives
• Ensure the customer challenge process is followed without fail in a timely and professional manner with the upmost discretion.
• Deliver a seamless customer journey through ensuring all processes have been followed with attention to detail and follow up.
• Update clients’ details and ensure all relevant data and information is stored securely and accurately.
• Use own initiative to deal with client requests and continually strive to exceed expectations wherever possible.
• Maintain the highest of standards when communicating internally and externally through written or verbal mediums.
• Uphold an ‘Open to Change’ attitude reflecting the fast-paced nature of the business.
• Take a proactive approach to personal development feeding back personal training needs.
• Maintain an appropriate, professional, and friendly communication style.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to improve processes and procedure to enhance the clients experience and improve efficiency.
• Deliver excellent product knowledge to our customers, engaging with our clients at every opportunity to introduce them to our retail ranges.
• Proactively promote our retail ranges to clients carrying out demonstrations.
• Generate increased sales through repeat bookings, product sales, long standing bookings, and any other opportunities to clients to increase sales and service.
• Use opportunities to increase sales and client loyalty whenever appropriate.
• Ensure all sales are processed accurately, following set guidelines and procedure.
• Communicate required reception reports daily / weekly / monthly etc.
• Follow all Health & Safety processes.
• Show commitment to personal development building knowledge on all company policies and procedures.
Working days and hours:
Monday to Sunday - Anytime between 8:30 am to 21:30 pm
