Role Overview
As an experienced and passionate individual, you will support the day-to-day stock movements throughout the ABASK operation including, our photo studio locations, distribution centre, events, and location shoots.
You will be the owner and responsible for processing stock movements and ensuring all stock as arrived in full on time. You will be highly organised and ensure all stock locations are kept tidy within the Studio and Head office and the greatest level of care is taken with all products. To be successful within this role, you will have good communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular stock takes and responsible for maintaining accuracy in our photo studio locations.
· Ensure proper labelling and organisation of stock upon return to our warehouse ready for receipt.
· Process stock intake of deliveries for Studio departments, QC check and allocate stock to correct areas.
· Pack all stock for Studio, create transfer orders, and pre- arrange collections.
· Clean and dispose of all unwanted material after deliveries
· Manage and organise daily lists for the Studio department to shot based on new products arriving at the warehouse.
· Ensure the Studio area is tidy.
· Produce weekly reports for management.
The candidate
· 2+ years’ experience in Stock Control
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Intermediate level in MS Excel, Word Document and PowerPoint
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, excited to join an early-stage project and ready to take it from start-up to scale-up
· Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, uses appropriate communication methods, actively listens
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
