Description
As a Spa Therapist at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel, you will be responsible for delivering a range of five-star luxury spa treatments to members, hotel guests, and visitors. You will be an integral part of the spa team, coordinating the delivery of services including spa treatments, skin care, fitness & wellness, and massage. Additionally, you will assist with spa reservations, reception desk duties, and locker room management when necessary.

Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
• Strong understanding of spa standards and procedures
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Level 3 Certificates in both massage and facial treatments
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding spa treatments ensuring excellent guest service
• Maintain the presentation of treatment rooms
• Use and sell retail products
• Collaborate with the Director of Spa/Spa Operations Manager to enhance spa operations
• Ensure compliance with COSHH and Health and Safety Standards
• Follow lost property procedures
• Maintain brand standards in room preparation
• Provide five-star luxury lifestyle service for every guest interaction
• Carry out other duties as required to ensure overall hotel operation
Qualifications
