The Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests at The Park Tower Knightsbridge Luxury Collection Hotel. This position involves processing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing room assignments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficiency in operating a telephone switchboard
• Basic knowledge of payment processing and handling transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Responsibilities
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
• Secure payments and activate/reissue room keys
• Communicate room availability to appropriate staff
• Assist guests with requests, concerns, and inquiries
• Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Follow company policies and procedures, reporting any incidents to management
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members
Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service
Education Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
