Compensation and Benefits
• £11.45 per hour
• Service charge (approx £500 per month)
• 28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and be the face of the restaurant
• Guide guests through the dining rooms and ensure they are seated comfortably
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability and guest well-being
• Answer the telephone in a courteous manner, managing reservations
• Understand layout and seating styles based on group size
• Collaborate with management and staff to ensure quality service delivery
• Oversee the correctness of bill postings and received payments
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to start on 1st August
