Responsibilities
• Prepare special meals or substitute items as needed.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Ensure proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing of food.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality of prepared food.
• Communicate assistance needed during busy periods to the team.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials.
• Prepare and cook food according to established standards.
Qualifications
• At least 3 years of related work experience in a culinary role.
• No supervisory experience is required.
Education Requirements
• Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree related to culinary arts.
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Culinary Arts or related field.
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry.
