Description
The position involves preparing special meals and substitute items, regulating the temperature of ovens and grills, and ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and garnishing of food. Responsibilities also include pulling food from storage to thaw, maintaining food logs, monitoring food quality and quantity, and communicating with the Chef and Food & Beverage staff regarding menu specials and stock items. The role requires adherence to safety policies and procedures, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism, and addressing guests’ service needs. The candidate should be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks as required.
