The Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests at The Park Tower Knightsbridge Luxury Collection Hotel. This position involves processing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing room assignments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that all interactions reflect the hotel’s commitment to exemplary service.

Skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve guest concerns effectively
• Proficiency in operating a telephone switchboard
• Basic knowledge of payment processing and handling transactions
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Responsibilities
• Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
• Secure payments and activate/reissue room keys
• Communicate room availability to appropriate staff
• Assist guests with requests, concerns, and inquiries
• Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Follow company policies and procedures, reporting any incidents to management
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members

Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest service

Education Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements
• Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment is desirable
