Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Ecommerce Trade Executive to help drive our online business by optimizing product performance and managing the day-to-day operations of our digital... business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering insightful reports on trade performance, managing the product catalog across both the direct website and third-party marketplaces and seeking out opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist Senior Ecommerce Manager with delivering daily/weekly/monthly trade reports using Shopify and Google Analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, conversion rates, average order value, and product performance.
• Conduct return analysis to identify trends and actionable insights to reduce return rates and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze product performance to help boost bestsellers and support slow sellers, identifying opportunities to improve trade and informing seasonal buying decisions and stock replenishment strategies across direct website and third-party marketplace channels.
• Manage product information, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, imagery and inventory levels are maintained across all platforms
• Oversee the end-to-end product catalog process, from product upload to category merchandising to go live, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives, keeping stakeholders updated on progress to ensure launch is smooth and in timely manner
• Responsible for launching key promotions and sale periods onsite, including product and price upload, merchandising, content refresh, and ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with progress made from throughout the planning and execution process
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize category sorting and product visibility.
• Communicate with production and logistics teams to flag priority products and alert wider Ecommerce and Marketing teams of any delivery delays
• Manage and coordinate product photoshoots, booking freelance photographers, hair and makeup artists, and retouch artists.
• Organize the logistics of product samples for shoots, ensuring timely delivery and return of all items.
• Manage seasonal styling process with design team handing over materials to relevant team members in a timely manner and is reflective of retail and marketplace buys
• Manage and communicate photography requirements for website and marketplace partners by SKU, ensuring brand, design and marketing guidelines are incorporated and adhered to.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of all product imagery and ensure it aligns with the brand's visual identity.
• Manage website search functionality, adding synonyms to enhance search results and minimize “no result” outcomes.
• Continuously optimize on-site search results and improve the customer journey through effective category sorting and product placement, ensuring best in class experience for searches with and with no results
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to build engaging homepage content and supporting category visuals that align with campaign themes and product launches, in line with site’s local strategy
• Take ownership of the product upload process across all third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Farfetch and 24S.
• Ensure that product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurately reflected across all marketplace platforms, with regular QAs
• Work with external marketplace teams to optimize performance and drive sales on those channels.
• Assist Senior Ecommerce Manager with user testing customer journeys and new site functionality
• Manage all SEO content updates from PLP to PDP, balancing best practice with brand tone of voice.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge, identifying best practices and trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably within the luxury fashion industry
• Previous experience in ecommerce trade or a similar role, ideally within luxury fashion or retail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Experience managing product catalogs and coordinating photoshoots.
• Knowledge of SEO and search engine optimization best practices.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and find solutions without extensive guidance.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and web analytics tools
• Passion for fashion and an eye for detail
• Experience Shopify platform, preferable
• Experience managing third party marketplace stores, preferable
