Answering emails and phone calls professionally in both languages.
• Arranging and booking meeting rooms at hotels or external venues for training sessions. - Supporting the facilitation of training events as needed.
• Managing schedules and appointments. Handling general administrative tasks.

We are a London-based training company seeking two professional and organized ladies to join our team as Administrative Assistants. The ideal candidates will be fluent in both Arabic and English and possess excellent communication and organizational skills., Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in administration or event coordination is preferred., * Organisational skills: 1 year (required)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
