PoolSchools are seeking a dedicated Swim School Manager to oversee the daily operations of our swim school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and educating individuals of all ages, motivating our phinominal team and keeping our brand strong!
• Responsibilities*
- Manage the overall operations of the swim school
- Develop and implement swim lesson programs
- Recruit, train, and supervise swim instructors and staff
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all swimmers
- Coordinate scheduling of swim lessons and classes
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Qualifications*
- Previous experience in swim instruction is a must
-Management experience is desirable, can be taught
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate both staff and swimmers
- Lifeguard certification is advantageous but not essential as can be gained (would be required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
