This home-based role presents an exceptional opportunity for a talented SCRUM Master to work on meaningful projects that have a direct impact on our clients and contribute to the betterment of society through the power of AI. We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master or Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a product-centric environment and will play a crucial role in embedding Agile practices across multiple teams.
Ensure the squad adheres to the software engineering process while facilitating the removal of blockers.
Motivate and enhance existing teams, maintaining a cross-delivery view of risks and dependencies.
Mentor and optimize squads, scaling Agile methods and practices across... the team.
Support the definition, structuring, and implementation of Agile practices throughout Capita Government Services Digital.
Proven experience on AI delivery projects and familiarity with AI concepts.
Extensive experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach delivering digital products with Agile methods and practices.
Experience aligning multiple teams of differing Agile maturity levels.
Track record of delivering products and services in line with Government Digital Services (GDS) standards and methods.
Experience scaling Agile across multiple teams and locations, with dependencies on other programs and external partners or clients.
Expertise in coaching multiple teams in Agile ways of working.
Strong understanding of software development practices and Agile software testing techniques.
Active involvement in Agile communities.
Ability to facilitate the transition from traditional Waterfall to Agile working, understanding both cultures and how to gain stakeholder buy-in.
Proven ability to lead transformation to Agile practices or continuous improvements in newly established organizations.
