Job Details
• As a Product Owner for Underwriting, you'll work closely with the Risk Pricing teams, Data partnership teams and Underwriting development teams to implement new internal and external data, as well as driving innovation that supports that our ambitions and vision.
• Works with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Solution Architects to ensure that all product backlogs are scrutinised to identify all relevant system implications and any technical aspects required are fully scoped into the requirements.
• Acts as the conduit between Underwriting and the scrum team, and defines the vision for the scrum team so they understand the expected outcome .
• Ensure all requirements are documented and communicated in accordance with approved methodology (including user stories with acceptance criteria). Ensure that requirement and design documents are appropriately distributed, reviewed, discussed, modified, and ultimately approved (where appropriate).
• Hybrid opportunity, based at our London or Bexhill office one day per week.
Skills we would love you to have:
• As the Product Owner you have a passion for agile methodology and experience of leading and working on multiple projects simultaneously. You will have an in depth understanding of insurance and the platforms that underpin rating.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to drill down the client requirements in order to capture information with precision. The ability to meet timelines is essential.
• Experience in working in a software development team .
• A proven ability to plan, undertake and finish activities to achieve high quality results .
• Experience of the Insurance Industry would be a distinct advantage.

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience + car allowance (pay reviews also completed each year)
