Job Descrption
Paragon are executing a search on a behalf of a boutique, systematic trading outfit, recently up 25% they have been onboarding world class PM's and technologists.
Specialising in systematic equities and options they rely on cutting edge platforms, applications and tech to drive their outstanding performance.

Hiring plans for the remainder of 2024 include bringing in an elite Software/Data Engineer to work on a research data platform, which will house data sets used by the investment team to augment their processes.

We are looking for 3-10 years experience, and we need experience in a financial setting (ideally working with quants/traders to deliver data products)

Tech: Python, Spark, AWS, Kubernetes, C++, Pandas
