We've partnered with a market leader in their field as they look for a Product Operations Manager to join their team in central London. We're looking for someone who is experienced in Product Operations, as well as people management, as you will be responsible for a small team of Product Owners.
You will be responsible for pushing product operations out further, ensuring their adoption by the various teams, developing product roadmaps and strategy, promoting product best practises, being responsible for the product budget and analysing data to inform decision making. This is a senior position, so are looking for someone who has worked at Product Manager/Lead level before.

The role:
• Continue the efforts to push Product Ops into new teams
• Champion... the adoption of Product Operations
• Promote Product Operations best practise
• Lead a small team of 6 Product Owners
• Develop Roadmaps and Strategy
• Be responsible for the Product budget, as well as financial reporting
• Analyse data to inform decision making
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 days per week in the Central London office
• Experience working at Product Lead/Product Manager level (and have come from a Product Operations background)
• Hands on experience managing and leading a team of product owners
• Experience creating product roadmaps
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Jira
