As a Client Consultant, your main responsibility will be delivering a high standard of training to our schools through a variety of mediums; including but not limited to video calls, webinars, face-to-face and classroom-based training.
Training
Deliver training through a variety of mediums, including but not limited to video calls, webinars, face-to-face and classroom-based training.
Maintain all existing training collateral including but not limited to training... scripts, guides and videos.
Work with the product team to ensure the timely development of training collateral for new features and functionality.
Identify opportunities to sell customer schools additional module.
Communicate closely with the Customer Success Manager on training availability and capacity.
Manage the training diary, booking in training for new and existing customers.
Closely collaborate with the Support Team to proactively identify training requirements for existing customers.
Ad-Hoc tasks as directed by your manager.
The ability to build relationships and rapport quickly and effectively across a wide range of stakeholders and personalities from school admin teams to C-Suite MAT Executives.
Sound knowledge of CRM systems
Experience working in schools will be highly regarded.
