Job Title: Concierge Security Officer
Location: Central Business District London
Duration: Permanent
Type of site: High End Office
Pay: £12 / Site
Shift Patterns: Working Mondays to Sunday day and night shifts 07:00 hours to 19:00 hours and 19:00 hours to on 07:00 hours 6-on 3-off basis. Average of 60 hours per week.

Important Requirement: Applicants will have to undergo a Security Clearance so they must have been in the UK for a minimum of 5years.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Security Manned Guarding Services.
• Access/Egress Control Duties.
• Monitoring CCTV.
• Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment.
• Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
• Regular and accurate report writing.
• Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.
• Proactive interaction with the client & their staff, visitors to the site as well as... contractors; ensuring that superb customer service is always provided.
• Dealing with enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
• Covering all required security related duties as/when required.
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
• Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
• Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
• Applicants will have to undergo a Security Clearance so you must have been in the UK for a minimum of 5years
• Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
• Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
• Able to work as part of a Team and also on own.
• Approachable, Diplomatic and Reliable.
• Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable.
• Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
