We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruitment Consultant to specialize in the Life Sciences sector. As part of the CSG Talent team, you will focus on winning new business and cultivating candidate prospects within our Life Science division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively develop new business relationships and headhunt candidates in the Life Science market.
• Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients, gaining market knowledge and understanding client requirements.
• Negotiate terms with clients and manage the full hiring process.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in building a profitable contract desk.
• Prior experience in the Life Science market.
• Ambitious, driven, and confident communicator.
