i-Pharm Consulting is a global Life Sciences Recruitment Company with regional teams across the UK, USA, and ANZ. We are seeking a Delivery Recruitment Consultant Team Lead with candidate sourcing experience to support our Contracts team in our London office. The role involves recruiting across the UK/EU markets and working with the US.
Responsibilities:
• Delivery of mid-to-senior level staff within the Life Sciences sector across the UK and EU.
• Manage a team of 3 delivery consultants.
• Create candidate hotlists and distribution lists.
• Pre-screen candidates to fully qualify if their skillset matches the requirements.
• Lead generation to help facilitate further new business opportunities.
