Sustainability & Energy Analyst
Location: HM Tower of London/ Hampton Court Palace/ Hybrid working available
Type of role: Full Time, 2 year Fixed Contract. 36 hours per week Monday-Friday
Salary: £40,449 per annum

Our planet is facing twin crises of climate change and biodiversity loss. Our client is keenly aware of their impact on the climate crisis and the need for urgent action to mitigate it. They are therefore committed to working towards net zero in carbon emissions by 2050 and are looking to expand their Sustainability team to help them achieve this.
The new role of Sustainability & Energy Analyst... reporting to their Sustainability Manager, will be responsible for collecting and managing crucial data (primarily energy consumption and emissions) to support the delivery of the Sustainability Action Plan. Working with key stakeholders, across all sites, both internally and externally, they will identify sources of data and implement improved ways to manage and present information to drive decision making.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in data collection, management, and analysis, and be able to communicate findings in easily understood reports, making clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High proficiency in MS Excel and other data management and visualisation tools such as Power BI is required alongside experience of data analysis and report creation/automation, including knowledge of advanced formulas and pivot tables. With a passion for the subject, a personal drive to succeed, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, especially in a small team, they will also have strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
Excellent written and spoken English and attention to detail are essential as well as general IT skills.
