Key Responsibilities
• Plan and organise lab work, support investigations and upscaling activities in the factory
• Analyse process data to maintain and report on key measures
• Manage and report on project progress, flagging issues and proposing solutions
• Create and complete project documentation and briefs
• Ensure compliance in regulations, legislation, and procedures
• Monitor the market and industry developments, providing technical input for NPD planning
To succeed in this role, you will need a BSc in a scientific field, and experience of formulating with natural and... non-petrochemical ingredients.
