The Role:

Our client DWL: (luxury watch retailer, in the secondary market) can’t wait to find the right person to join their team! We’re looking a highly motivated, well-organised, and articulate professional with a strong expertise in prospecting and cultivating robust customer relationships. Working from our iconic and prestigious New Bond Street location, you will take on the responsibility for identify and secure new business opportunities.

Equipped with access to our bespoke CRM, your primary objective will be to drive customer acquisition through proactive... engagement, relationship-building, and the conversion of leads into sustainable, long-term customers. This role is heavily focused on proactive phone and email activities. Experience in B2C sales, particularly within the luxury good or property sectors, will be advantageous and support your success in this role.

Demonstrates strong self-motivation and excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Expert in Prospecting:
Proven ability to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities. Customer Relationship Building:
Skilled in cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. Sales Focus**:
Focused on driving customer acquisition through proactive outreach (phone and email) and consistent follow-up. CRM Proficiency:
Experienced with using bespoke CRM systems to track and manage leads, conversions, and customer interactions. New Business Development:
Capable of identifying and converting leads into sustainable, long-term customers. Location Advantage:
Based in our prestigious New Bond Street location, leveraging the iconic brand presence to funnel potential customers in to the retail store.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within B2B sales.

Required Skills:

Proven ability in prospecting and identifying new business opportunities. Strong expertise in cultivating and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Skilled in proactive customer acquisition through phone and email engagement. Proficient in using bespoke CRM systems for lead management and conversion tracking. Experience in B2C sales, with a focus on the luxury goods or property sectors. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.

Highly motivated, well-organised, and detail-oriented professional. Capable of working independently with a results-driven mindset.

Requirements :

Willingness to travel into Mayfair 5 days per week Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when necessary
