Our client, a national distributor of building products, is seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to lead and develop a team in West London. The successful candidate will oversee sales and margin targets, maintain and develop accounts, plan sales activities, and manage and motivate employees. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong sales and people management experience in the building supply/merchant sector. The package includes a competitive salary, bonus, company car, pension contributions, and generous holiday entitlement.
