Imperial Consulting is seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Executive to join our vibrant team in Glasgow. In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact face-to-face with customers, representing our services in the utility sector and playing a crucial role in our growth.
Role Overview
As an Entry Level Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your passion for customer service and sales will be key to driving our success as we help clients find the right utility services.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate engaging conversations with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages inquiries and interest in our services.
• Identify customer needs by asking insightful questions, allowing you to recommend the most suitable utility solutions.
• Utilize persuasive communication techniques to showcase our offerings, ensuring clients understand the value of our... services.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and effective customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, attending events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads, address any concerns, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain organized sales records, documenting interactions and updating customer information in the company database.
• Monitor industry trends to stay informed about competitors and market demands, ensuring you can effectively position our services.
Requirements
• Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
• Availability to work full-time.
• Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory; we will provide full training.
• Understanding that we do not do digital marketing—this role is focused on direct, in-person customer sales.
• Team player mentality, with the ability to work collaboratively while also being self-motivated.
