Job Descrption
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall success of the store. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate effective upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilise phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
- Process transactions accurately using basic... maths skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential.
