Freelance Part–time, Hybrid.
We are looking for a dedicated Event Manager (club promoter role) to join our team and oversee the planning and execution of various dance music events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sponsorship, fundraising, time management, communication, guest services, and hospitality.
As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events to ensure successful outcomes. Designing and managing the marketing of PHONO club nights events, including distributing flyers and posters online and offline
Organising event logistics, including, props for themed nights and timings
Contacting customers before and after events
Managing and improving relationships with artists, customers and venue hirers
• *Duties:**
- Plan, organize... and execute events from conception to completion -
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics
- Manage event budgets, including fundraising efforts and cost control measures
- Oversee guest services to ensure a positive experience for attendees
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities during events
- Collaborate with brands partners for event arrangements
- Maintain high standards of organizational skills to keep track of multiple event details
• *Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in event management or related field -
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure -
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques -
- Experience in guest services and hospitality industry is a plus -
