Location: Dubai – Full time office based
We at Capricorn Financial, are at the top of our industry, fast-paced and fast growing. We are the largest independent mortgage brokerage in London, with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Dubai, and we are looking to further expand our Dubai team with top talent. We specialise in assisting non-UK residents to obtain mortgage financing for their UK property purchases.
As a Capricorn International Adviser you will meet with potential clients to educate them on the UK mortgage market, account manage our network of introducers, submit mortgage applications and manage through to completion, liaise with lenders, solicitors, developers, surveyors, etc and manage approximately 10-20 new mortgage applications per month. This is a Commission Only Sales Role, which will involve dealing with a wide range of HNW and uHNW clients across the MENA region and help to manage their journey in obtaining finance for their UK... properties.

What we look for?
· Must have knowledge / experience of the UK property market and/or UK financial services experience. Ideally from a sales background.
· Drive and hunger to succeed.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines.
· Be confident, resourceful and proactive.
· Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Fluent in English and ideally Arabic speaking.
Earning potential:
Salary: No basic salary. Commission only contract with uncapped earnings. If targets are met, then first year earnings can reach AED 266,000 - AED 444,0000, whereas from second year onwards AED 900,000+ is achievable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
