The Role
As a Pre Sales Specialist working with our large enterprise customers and prospects, you will play a critical role in driving the success of 1GLOBAL's solutions. You will support our sales specialists to work closely with our customers and prospects to understand their unique challenges and requirements, and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will be pivotal in driving our partnership with JAMF leading the evolution of our eSIM solution to other platforms and partners.
What you will do:
• Support our sales specialists to collaborate with large enterprise customers and prospects to understand the demands on their business and technical requirements;
• Design and present solutions in documents and workshops, identifying impacts, efforts, and resources needed;
• Follow up on new technology trends in the Telecom industry and identify interesting solutions for the product portfolio;
• Input to roadmap development and innovation work streams, collaborating closely with our product managers to refine our product development roadmaps;
• Manage and run a demo MDM platform to showcase our capabilities, also supporting customer PoC trials with the relevant customer-facing technical support to guide setup;
• Record demo training sessions on ‘how to’ which will be published on the 1GLOBAL support pages;
• Ensure and control the quality of documentation and control implementation quality, understanding End to End system testing requirements;
• Work on complex solutions that influence the design of current products and address design issues for future products or technologies;
• Act as a technical thought leader and coach mentoring sales specialists and junior colleagues.
Requirements
What you will bring:
• Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of mobile device management technologies, including device enrolment, configuration, security policies, and application management. Familiarity with MDM platforms and their features is crucial.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyse complex technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively conveying technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to listen to customer needs, understand their requirements, and provide solutions that meet their specific business objectives and challenges.
• Collaboration Skills: The ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support.
• Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the mobile device management landscape, including industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
