Job spec:
• Accountable for acquiring new logo business .
• Thorough understanding of IT service offerings (including Testing Services) from a Sales perspective
• Develop and implement detailed “Must Have Accounts” plan consisting of Fortune 500 clients. For each account - map key client personnel (influences and decision makers) along with competitor analysis and opportunity analysis and a go forward plan.
• Gain thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements (stated and unstated) with a comprehensive view of the project and programme pipeline
• Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholder functions to deliver best in class proposal / RFP responses
• Leverage established network of executive connects to execute deal acquisition plan
• Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms for large deals
• Manage relationships with vendor management / procurement / accounts payable (finance) teams and ensure the NDA ... MSA / SOW / PO are all in place.
• Participate in conferences, seminars and other event presenting thought leadership in the quality engineering domain. Exploit these events as opportunities to connect with key customers.
• Support comprehensive reporting which includes forecasting on all financial and headcount parameters on a regular basis which includes a plan add net new logos to a calendar / timeline
• Able to work across borders on the European continent.
Qualifications
• University degree
• Thorough understanding of IT Service offerings and capable of articulating and selling these solutions to IT executives to the CIO level
• Significant productive experience in a Sales or Presales leadership role with an IT Consulting, IT Services or Software firm
• Verifiable performance closing new logo contracts with annualized contract value (ACV) of $5M or total contract value (TCV) of $10M per financial year
• Open to pan-European travel
