A Day In The Life…
Working as part of the Growth team and reporting into our Head of Growth, you’ll be responsible for defining, managing, and delivering projects that enhance the buying frequency and Average Order Value of both new and existing customers, and engage churned customers. This includes managing promotions, product launches, and other customer engagement initiatives. Working with our UX/UI, Copywriting, Development & CRM team, you will be managing cross-functional collaborations to ensure an efficient and successful delivery of every project. You’ll additionally report and improve on key business metrics, including conversion rates, LTV, subscription uptake, subscription cancellation rate and profit.

You’ll experience real variety in this role, from ideation through to delivery and impact, spanning a broad mix of skills including creativity, problem solving, analytical thinking, data storytelling, project planning and strong communication. You will have full ownership of the end-to-end process of deliveries and exposure to various areas of the business. Your day to day will look a little bit like this…

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Project manage cross-functional efforts to ensure the timely and successful delivery of key growth initiatives, particularly working closely with our Technical Project Managers and Development Team to coordinate on project & delivery roadmaps.
  • Customer Growth & Retention: Take on and lead projects that attract new customers, enhance the buying frequency and Average Order Value (AOV) of existing customers, and engage churned customers.
  • Promotions and Product Launches: Working with our NPD & Ops team, managing the timeline and delivery of promotions and product launches across multiple geos, and working in tandem with our Marketing team on localisation of campaigns and other materials.
  • Prioritisation: Aligning with stakeholders in changes of key metrics to rejuggle prioritisation of projects that leads to optimal business performance
  • Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Head of Growth and team to identify, scope, and test potential growth channels and promotional offers. Oversee the alignment of our direct mail strategy with our CRM online strategy
  • Feedback & Analysis: With the guidance of the Head of Growth, routinely conduct and evaluate customer surveys to refine our growth strategies. Collaborate with our internal data team to use data to drive all aspects of campaign testing & geo optimization
  • Offline Growth: Partner with relevant teams to craft direct mail adverts, inserts and tailored landing pages.

Requirements

What You Need…

  • Strong experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2C or D2C environment.
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies and willingness to adapt process to business needs. 
  • Experience in multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to Direct Mail, Friend Referrals, Meta, Search and SEO.
  • A track record of successfully launching new geos and expanding a customer base through targeted marketing strategies.
  • Sharp commercial and analytical skills, capable of swiftly evaluating opportunities and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive mindset with the tenacity to take initiative.
  • Driven by targets and possesses the resilience and determination to achieve set goals.
  • A solution-centric approach, always welcoming challenges with a positive outlook.
  • Stellar communication skills, both in written and spoken forms, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
