What you’ll do
• Providing IT support for Windows and Mac laptops and desktops which will include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Providing support for the office infrastructure, including network management, printing/scanning maintenance, telephony and internet connectivity troubleshooting.
• Supporting the wider Inhouse team in the effective delivery of projects.
• Supporting and developing the inhouse reconciliation system.
What you need to have
• A-Level in technology-related subjects.
• Knowledge of the Windows operating systems in a business environment.
• Knowledge of... Linux operating systems in a business environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft M365 or Google Workspace.
• Scripting in Powershell or Bash.
• Databases: MySQL
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services or Azure
