What we expect from you:
Our Department managers are accountable for the day to day running of the store whilst balancing the goals of the Company. Some of your main... responsibilities will be:
• Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity
• Overview all operational and administrative tasks
• Motivate ,encourage and inspire your team
• Analyze data to create the best strategy for your store
• Be an ambassador for our companies sustainability project
